Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you book your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests in a particular hurry, our helipad is operational from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be charged to your suite.
How far is the airport?+
Approximately thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road in normal conditions, or fifty-five minutes if your driver takes the scenic inland route through the vineyards (we recommend this on arrival days when there is no hurry). By helicopter from the resort helipad, the journey is twelve minutes door-to-door.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always recommend travel insurance.
Are pets welcome?+
Selected ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas are pet-friendly on request, with a one-off cleaning charge added to your stay. We offer a complimentary welcome amenity for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming on request. Cats are welcome in carriers but our suites do not have litter facilities — please let us know in advance.

Hospitality without theatre.
We do not believe in flourish. The flowers are fresh because they should be. The robe is heavy because it should be. The kitchen closes when the last guest is ready, not when the menu says so. The work that matters is the work you never notice — and that is the work we put first.
There is a way to do this work and a way not to. We have, over twenty-five years, picked one and stuck to it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been chosen, trained and kept because they share the same instinct about what good looks like. That is not something a building can produce on its own. It comes from people.
